Mine action and incident monitoring are almost always run by different organisations, on different tools, and neither one sees the other’s data.
DDS runs both. Clearance teams work against the same geospatial record the monitoring platform writes into, and the monitoring platform is built by people who have had to stand on the ground it describes. That is not a synergy claim — it is the reason a suspected hazardous area and a reported explosion can be held in one coordinate system, with one standard of evidence, instead of being reconciled by hand after the fact.
